a Cooking Class with Chef Bob Calderone
Thursday April 4th at 6:00
Come to our next cooking class and learn a variety of Bob’s techniques to take home to your kitchen!
Learn to prepare an elegant seafood dish using the unique live Taylor Bay Scallops (These are local and actually cooked and served in the shell!) They will be paired with handmade ricotta cheese raviolis and a deliciously rich sauce with fresh tomatoes, brandy and herbs, which Bob will show you how to make!
Bob will also prepare and discuss the history and techniques of the classic French dish, Duck Confit.
The Crispy Duck Confit will be served with a russet potato casserole and broccoli rabe.
Finish the cooking class with one more classic dessert preparation, fresh berries accompanied by a seductive champagne sabayon.
At the completion of the class you will sit and enjoy a sampling of these 3 dishes with complementary wine offerings.
